Strict Zero Data Retention (ZDR) AI Guarantee
JB.er Technologies Inc. enforces contractually binding Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policies with Anthropic (Claude), Google Cloud (Vertex AI / Gemini), and OpenAI. Merchant product catalogs, pricing rules, and order logs are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve public or private foundation models, and are stripped of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) prior to inference.
Information We Collect
We collect only the technical artifacts required to execute multi-channel synchronization and storefront rendering: encrypted OAuth 2.0 tokens for Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon Seller Central; SKU catalog attributes and imagery; and anonymized order line-item identifiers.
Storage & Cryptographic Controls
All persistent records are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM within tier-1 cloud regions (AWS and Google Cloud Platform). All in-flight data utilizes TLS 1.3 with Perfect Forward Secrecy. Marketplace credentials are isolated inside FIPS 140-3 Level 3 Hardware Key Management Systems.
GDPR, CCPA & Cryptographic Erasure
Merchants retain full ownership of their data and may request export or permanent erasure at any time. Disconnecting a marketplace channel triggers automated cryptographic purging of all associated tokens and cached embeddings within 48 hours.
