Acceptance of Enterprise Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a binding commercial agreement between your organization ('Merchant') and JB.er Technologies Inc. ('JB.er', a Delaware Corporation) governing access to our headless commerce storefronts, multi-channel synchronization pipelines, and autonomous AI catalog services.
99.98% Service Level Agreement (SLA)
JB.er commits to a financially backed 99.98% uptime SLA across production synchronization workers (Shopify GraphQL, Etsy OpenAPI v3, and Amazon SP-API). During upstream marketplace rate-limiting or outages, events are persisted in encrypted dead-letter queues with zero silent data loss.
Customer Intellectual Property & Catalog Ownership
You retain 100% right, title, and interest in all product descriptions, photography, pricing structures, and brand assets connected to the Service. All enriched metadata, SEO tags, and storefront code delivered under contract are licensed to you with full commercial ownership.
